Homemade (nobake) clean and healthy proteinbars/energybars. Taste like heaven and super easy to make!
Ingredients: (make 8 bars)
4 dl oats
2 dl chocolate whey protein powder
0.5 dl chopped almonds
2 tblsp shredded coconut
1-3 tblsp almonflour/coconutflour/oatflour
0,5 dl unsweetened applesauce
0,5 dl almondbutter ot other nutbutter
1 tblsp honey or agave syrup
0,5 dl milk of any kindHow to:
1. Mix all dry ingrediets in a bowl
2. Mix all wet ingredients in a different bowl. Pour over to the dry ingredients and mix together.
3. Add plastic wrap in a square form (15-20cmx15-20cm) and press the dough so it cover the form.
4. Put in the refrigerator for atleast 2 h or over the night. Then cut in 8 even bars.Nutritional information per bar:192 kcal13g protein16g carbohydrates8g fatStore in the refrigerator for about 1.5 weeks or in the freezer up to 2-3 months.
